LightShot 4.4.1.0 – Screen Capture Tool Freeware

LightShot is an intuitive application designed to capture areas from the screen and save, upload and share them as images. It is oriented toward novice and advanced users alike. Alt+T or PrtSc initiates a screenshot, you select area for screenshot and can perform further actions to Save it (supports *.PNG, *.JPG, *.GIF), upload to server (gives short URL to), edit screenshot online, share link via Twitter, Facebook, Digg. LightShot has and easy-to-use and very intuitive interface. LightShot creates an icon in the system area. Clicking it automatically dims the desktop, so you can make a selection and capture an image, while having the option to switch to full screen mode. Alternatively, you can press the PrtSc key, since the tool overrides its function.

Some Tricks:
1. Ctrl+S: Save screenshot to   2. Ctrl+C: Fast copy to clipboard   3. Ctrl+D: Upload screenshot to server and get short URL on it   4. Ctrl+X: Exit screenshot mode   5. Ctrl+F: Switch to Fullscreen mode   6. Ctrl+Mouse: Hover to select area, will copy screenshot to clipboard right after you will finish selecting.

The snapshots can be saved to the BMP, JPEG or PNG format, printed, copied to the Clipboard, or shared on social networking platforms (Twitter, Facebook, VK, Pinterest). Plus, you can search for similar pictures on Google or upload them to an online host (PrntScr.com). LightShot also provides users with a few basic tools for quickly editing the picture. Therefore, you can draw lines, arrows, rectangles, with a pen or brush, as well as change the drawing color. Alternatively, you can use even more graphic tools by accessing a specialized platform in the online environment  The program is very light on the system resources and runs smoothly, without hanging, crashing or popping up error notifications, It is a simple and powerful options for capturing, saving and sharing screenshots, that are appreciated by the entire audience.
