In Google Plus we can drag people and put them to our Circles. There are four Pre-defined circles which you can Edit or Delete. working in a similar fashion CianoDock allows you to Drag your favorite Applications and put them in your App Circles. CianoDock basically is a Dock Application which put all your favorite applications in a very attractive manner in one Cricle for easy access. CianoDock is a dock for applications for Windows, developed by Luciano Palladino. There are four pre-defined groups with useful programs, to launch any program just click the Icon & Select the Apps. you can edit the pre-defined groups or delete them create your own Group and add favorite Applications and folders.

Demerits:
- Whenever a Application is launched, the Application Dock minimizes to System Tray.
- While Browsing, the Application Dock remains at the top until it is Hide from the settings.
To add a new Application just
drag the application and put it over the group it will automatically
capture the link. CianoDock comes with four different Backgrounds,to change the
background just drag the image and put it over the App. you can alsodownload some
more backgrounds form Here. The Program works on Windows XP,
Vista and 7. you can put CianoDock at Startup, enable shadows for icons etc.
